analytica ShowCase 2026: Added value through integration

Mar 27, 2026 | Best Practices, Home page, News

analytica, March 27, 2026, Munich. At analytica 2026, we were once again represented with SAMPLES at the special show “Digital Transformation” to bring a joint showcase for effective digitalization in the laboratory to life together with our partners from Metrohm, essentim and Splashlake.

The special show “Digital Transformation”

The special show “Digital Transformation” at analytica once again brought the laboratory of the future to life today. The focus of the special show is explicitly on the cooperation of very different product and solution providers in order to demonstrate how software and hardware solutions from different manufacturers can be seamlessly integrated and thus make laboratory processes reliably more efficient.

The show case

Together with Metrohm, essentim and Splashlake, we used an exemplary quality testing process to show how all analytical and operational data can be merged and made available to users directly in their LIMS system – in this case our SAMPLES. The highlight: the data is available in a standardized format that can be read by both humans and machines. The user retains control over the processes at all times and can, for example, change the settings. check and manually release individual process steps in the form of step-by-step instructions. If desired, automation processes can of course also be implemented easily and reliably.

Lab Process Intelligence: Integration. Monitoring. Insights

Ultimately, the aim was to integrate the various laboratory devices, their software and also external data into an overall process that is as easy to handle, controllable and reliable as possible – as well as creating the possibility of arriving at new correlations and valuable findings in the sense of AI and ML through a common, processable database. Our show case was therefore quite rightly called “Lab Process Intelligence: Integration. Monitoring. Insights”.
